PHOTOGRAPHS - I took photos of buildings in Manchester, a glass and concrete version.

LOW VANTAGE POINT- Photographing your subject from a low vantage point allows it to fill more of the composition. When you alter your vantage point to a lower angle, you can see the object takes up more of the frame as the horizon line moves downward.

RULE OF THIRDS- Rule of thirds is when you dissect your picture into equals sections by dividing it into three horizontal and vertical

LEADING LINES- Leading lines are lines that appear in a photograph that have been framed and positioned by the photographer to draw the viewer's eye towards a specific point of interest. These lines often draw the viewer's eye in a specific direction or towards a designated portion of the photograph.

HIGH CONTRAST- High contrast photography means purposely including strongly contrasting elements. In black and white pictures, for example, a high contrast shot will feature relatively few grey tones, instead having mostly deep blacks and bright whites.

CRITICAL LINKS- There are now updated critical links that correlate to the design choices of the current designs
